Pro End User License Agreement:

This is important, so please read carefully. By using this service, you indicate your

agreement to this agreement, so it makes sense that you read it.

As long as you have a paid subscription with Early Birds Rotator Pro ,(ebrp) you can use the product for rotating links and urls, redirecting and tracking web traffic, maintain e-book links, and other creative uses PROVIDED that you never use this product in a fashion that is illegal or is related to pornography or objectionable material of any kind. This may NOT be used for adult websites or for adult-oriented material in any way shape or form. Neither may you use this to send spam, and you may not use spam or any other illegal means to promote or share links from your Early Birds Rotator Pro account. And if you are found in violation of this any other part of this agreement, your account may be shut down without notice.

(ebrp) was NOT created by the owner of this site but was instead written by a genius programmer who has given the owner of this site the limited license to resell subscriptions. Should the creator of the script revoke this limited license, this site owner will do his best to attempt to provide another equivalent product. Should we be unable to do so, we will attempt to alert you as soon as reasonable that the service is or soon will be unavailable.

The owner of this site offers no representations regarding up-time or reliability of service but will make reasonable effort to assure continuous function of the (ebrp) service. That being said, by using this service, you acknowledge that you may in no way hold the owner of this site or service responsible in any manner for downtime, service errors, malfunctions etc. You may request a refund of the current month of service should such problems occur, but your recourse is limited to this one-month refund.

Should any legal proceeding occur, the parties agree that the proper jurisdiction is in the courts of Belgium in the state of east flanders.

The owner of this site and the (ebrp) service reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate service at any time.

A refund of the current month of service will be provided in such an instance.
